How does my trade discount apply?
Sign in with your member email and your discount is applied automatically in cart and at checkout. Product pages show retail prices to everyone; your trade price appears as a discount line once the piece is in your cart. If you are not signed in, you will see retail prices.
How do the tiers work?
Every approved member starts at Standard, 15% off. When your quarterly volume crosses $2,000 you become Preferred, 20% off, for the rest of that quarter. Cross $5,000 and you are Elite, 25% off. Upgrades happen the moment you cross the threshold, not at the end of the quarter.
What counts toward my quarterly volume?
The retail value of your merchandise, before your trade discount and before shipping and tax. A $2,000 quarter means $2,000 of art at retail prices. Refunds subtract at their retail value.
Can my tier go down?
Only after a full quarter, and never below Standard. The tier you earn in one quarter is your starting tier for the next. For example: you reach $5,000 in the third quarter, so you are Elite for the rest of that quarter and all of the fourth. The fourth quarter closes at $2,400, so you begin the next quarter as Preferred. If that quarter then closes at $800, you return to Standard the quarter after.
Do you ship to my client or the job site?
Yes. Every trade order ships free within the contiguous 48 states: to your studio, your client's home, or directly to the install. Enter the destination at checkout like any other address. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
What can I order?
The full collection: more than 1,000 works, each made to order in our American workshop in four sizes and three frame finishes. Nothing is off limits to trade members.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Trade pricing starts with your very first piece, and there is no fee to apply or to remain a member.
Does trade pricing combine with promo codes or sales?
Trade pricing does not combine with promotional codes; your trade discount is applied instead. If a piece happens to be on sale, your discount applies to the sale price, so you always pay the lower figure.
Can I buy tax exempt?
Yes, if you hold a resale certificate. After approval, reply to your welcome email with your certificate and we will mark your account tax exempt in the states where we are registered to collect sales tax. This step is optional and only needed if you resell to your clients.
Who qualifies, and how do I pay?
Interior designers, design firms, architects, home stagers, hospitality and commercial specifiers, and art consultants. We verify professional standing with a membership number, portfolio, or business credential and most applications are approved within hours. Orders are paid by card at checkout; we do not carry trade receivables or net 30 terms.
