Do the listed dimensions include the frame?
Yes. All dimensions shown on our site are the total outside measurement of the framed piece, frame included. The frame face is 4 inches wide on Classic frames and 2⅜ inches wide on Regency frames.
How long does production take?
All pieces are made to order. Every order ships by the next business day (Monday through Friday), and most orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern ship the same day. We email tracking the moment your piece ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States. Free standard shipping is included on every order, every size. Contact us if you need a quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
What materials do you use?
Prints are produced on museum-grade Fredrix artist canvas using archival HP Latex inks, then hand-embellished with a textured gesso finish that simulates the original brushwork. Each piece is stretched on a solid Appalachian poplar frame and mounted in a resin frame in your choice of Classic (4-inch face; Gold, Silver, or Charcoal) or Regency (2⅜-inch face; Gold, Silver, Charcoal, Gloss Black, or Gloss White). What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange free return shipping and issue a full refund: no restocking fees, no questions asked. This is our Love-It Guarantee.
Can I request a custom size?
We can accommodate some custom requests, but our standard sizes are designed to fill our shipping cartons efficiently while leaving room for foam protection. Reach out through our contact page and we will let you know what is possible for your piece.
Can I request a specific painting that isn't in your catalog?
Yes. If the artwork is in the public domain and a high-resolution source file is available, we will do our best to add it. Send us the details (artist, work title, year if known) through our contact page.
How do I choose a frame style and finish?
Classic has a 4-inch face in Gold (warm, traditional), Silver (clean, understated), or Charcoal (bold, moody). Regency has a slimmer 2⅜-inch face in Gold, Silver, Charcoal, Gloss Black, or Gloss White. How should I hang and care for my piece?
Every painting ships with a double-nail courtesy hook rated for every size, Estate included, and our frames have wire on the back. For Estate-size pieces, hang into a wall stud whenever possible. Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy.
