Do the listed dimensions include the frame?
Yes. All dimensions shown on our site are the total outside measurement of the framed piece, including the 4-inch ornate frame on all four sides.
How long does production take?
All pieces are made to order. Our in-house standard is to ship by the next business day (Monday through Friday). Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days later — so most orders are on your wall within a week of ordering.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the continental United States. Free standard shipping is included on every order, every size. Contact us if you need a quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
What materials do you use?
Prints are produced on museum-grade Fredrix artist canvas using archival HP Latex inks, then hand-embellished with a textured gesso finish that simulates the original brushwork. Each piece is stretched on a solid Appalachian poplar frame and mounted in a premium 4-inch ornate frame finished in your choice of Gold, Silver, or Dark Bronze. See the full process →
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange free return shipping and issue a full refund — no restocking fees, no questions asked. This is our Love-It Guarantee.
Can I request a custom size?
We can accommodate some custom requests, but our standard sizes are designed to fill our shipping cartons efficiently while leaving room for foam protection. Reach out through our contact page and we will let you know what is possible for your piece.
Can I request a specific painting that isn't in your catalog?
Yes. If the artwork is in the public domain and a high-resolution source file is available, we will do our best to add it. Send us the details — artist, work title, year if known — through our contact page.
How do I choose between the three frame finishes?
We offer Gold (warm, traditional), Silver (clean, understated), and Dark Bronze (bold, moody). If you'd like to see and feel each one before deciding, order our Frame Sample Pack — you'll receive a 4-inch chip of each finish. More about the frames →
How should I hang and care for my piece?
Our frames come with wire installed on the back for easy hanging. Use wall anchors rated for at least 2× the piece's weight (Small ~5 lb, Medium ~8 lb, Large ~14 lb, Estate ~22 lb). Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color vibrancy.
