You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Your piece enters our production queue the same business day (Monday–Friday).
Every Canvas Classic is hand-built when you order it: printed, embellished, stretched, and framed. Our in-house standard is to ship by the next business day (Mon–Fri).
Each finished piece is wrapped in protective foam and packed in a custom corner-protected carton. Pieces are inspected against our quality standards before they go in the box.
We ship throughout the continental United States via standard ground freight. Delivery typically arrives 3–5 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking information by email the moment your piece leaves our workshop.
When your piece arrives, unpack it carefully and inspect for any transit damage. If anything isn't right, photograph it and reach out within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
If, within 30 days of delivery, your Canvas Classic isn't right for the room, contact us to start a return. We arrange the pickup at no cost to you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How long does delivery take?
Every order ships by the next business day (Mon–Fri), and standard ground delivery takes 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–6 business days of placing the order.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free standard shipping across the continental United States on every order, every size. Estate-size pieces ship via white-glove freight when needed, also included.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories?
Not as standard. Contact us before ordering and we'll provide a freight quote.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Take a few photos of the damage and reach us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. Your choice.
How do I start a return?
Use the contact page and include your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and pickup instructions. Refund issues to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned piece.
Are there any restocking fees?
None. Our Love-It Guarantee is genuinely free: no restocking fees, no return shipping costs, no diminished refunds.
