Tsukioka Yoshitoshi

Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892) was the last great master of the Japanese woodblock print and the most inventive. One Hundred Aspects of the Moon turns ghost stories, warriors and poets into compositions of extraordinary economy, all empty space and one perfect gesture. He worked as photography was ending his tradition, and pushed it further than anyone before it closed. Every work is reproduced on museum-grade cotton canvas with archival giclee printing, printed to order and hand-framed in your choice of Gold, Silver, or Charcoal, sized Small through Estate.
