Gaganendranath Tagore

Gaganendranath Tagore (1867-1938) was the first Indian painter to work in a Cubist idiom, and he made it his own. Faceted interiors lit from impossible angles, satirical lithographs of colonial Calcutta, and dreamlike architectural fantasies: a modernist working out of Bengal decades before it was expected of him. Every work is reproduced on museum-grade cotton canvas with archival giclee printing, printed to order and hand-framed in your choice of Gold, Silver, or Charcoal, sized Small through Estate.
