Cubism Wall Art

Cubism wall art broke the object apart and showed you every side of it at once. Between 1907 and the early 1920s Picasso, Braque and the painters around them dismantled single-point perspective and rebuilt the still life, the portrait and the guitar as faceted planes in shallow space. The palette is often deliberately muted, ochre and grey and brown, so the structure does the work. These are pieces for a room that can take a strong graphic statement: over a desk, in a hallway, or paired with the abstract and Bauhaus work in the gallery. Museum-quality framed giclee canvas in gold, silver, or dark bronze, made to order.
